Will Writing

Why Wills Are So Important

Many of us don’t want to think about making a Will – or even we consider that it isn’t urgent and can wait for another day.

However, most of us know we should make one to ensure our affairs are left in such a manner to make matters as easy as possible for those family members left behind. And we all know of friends or relations who should have made a Will but run out of time.

By making a Will you can appoint who you want to trust the estate administration to (the executors) and who is to benefit from your estate – and sometimes who is NOT going to benefit.

Parents with young children need to consider at what ages their children will benefit and consider who would care for them.

It is important also to regularly review your will to ensure it remains up to date and meets your ever changing circumstances.
